MY WRITINGS
My imagination is much more fertile than my writing is spontaneous. My writings don’t start until the story is fully formed in my head. I carry it round for days, sometimes months on end, with a sense of having it mature and blossom with time. Then when the time is right and I feel inspired, I sit down at my computer and punch away. My first attempt on paper never fully mirrors what’s in my head. So like a sculptor that creates an image out of a heap of clay, I start molding and chipping away until one last time, I read through and am able to sigh – “Yeeah! Thank God.”
